Prayer Life

Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Jesus Christ.
(1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18)

Before Prayer changes others, it first changes us.
(Billy Graham)

This week, we our prayers are focusing on the theme of those less fortunate than ourselves.  With UN International Migrants Day being marked on Thursday, we pray for the work of GARRAS and all those who are asylum seekers here in Gloucester.

We also pray for the Christmas services taking place at Christchurch, beginning with our Christingle Service on Saturday afternoon.

We continue our cycle of prayer for all who live in Abbeydale and Abbeymead, especially those with homes in Hayward Close, Heather Avenue and Henry Ryder Close.
