Prayer Life

Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Jesus Christ.
(1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18)

Before Prayer changes others, it first changes us.
(Billy Graham)

This Sunday was Education Sunday,
we give thanks for all who are called to teach in schools, Sunday schools and Church youth groups.  We pray that God will raise up young people to be Church leaders for the next generation.

We pray for the Gloucester Ukrainian Association as they help those who had to flee from Ukraine at the start of the conflict there.  We remember too those from Russia who have made their home here in the UK.  We pray for more Bibles to be available in different languages for refugees and asylum seekers and we pray that Christchurch may be equipped and ready to help any newcomers who seek our assistance.

We continue to pray for all families who live in Abbeydale and Abbeymead, this week in particular those who live in Dianes Close, Didbrook Mews and Dingles Meadow.
