Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Jesus Christ.
(1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18)
Before Prayer changes others, it first changes us.
(Billy Graham)
At this time, we especially pray for:
- All who live in Wales and those who lead the Welsh government and Welsh assembly (1st March, St David’s Day);
- Our stewardship of the planet and the protection of wildlife (3rd March, UN World Wildlife Day);
- The impact of the World Day of Prayer written by the women of Nigeria (6th March, World Day of Prayer).
We also pray for activities in our own Church this week, including Warm Welcome, Bible Study, Communion, the Church Council, Slimming World, and our Craft and Coffee Morning.
We continue our cycle of prayer for all who live in Abbeydale and Abbeymead, especially those with homes in Morwent Close, Neptune Close and Oakridge Close.
