Prayer Life

Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Jesus Christ.
(1 Thessalonians 5: 16-18)

Before Prayer changes others, it first changes us.
(Billy Graham)

At this time, we pray for the families of those whose funerals take place this week and we give thanks for the contribution they have made to our Church.

We pray for the children who will be attending Experience Easter, which takes place on Wednesday and Thursday, and for all who will join our Yellow Rose Lunch Group on Saturday.

We pray for our NHS and for all whom we know are feeling unwell.  As St Patrick’s Day is celebrated on 17th March, we pray for those taking part in parades in Ireland and the USA.  As the UN marks 21st March as World Down Syndrome Day, we pray that families will find a listening ear and the practical help they need.

We continue our cycle of prayer for all who live in Abbeydale and Abbeymead, especially those with homes in Pilgrim Close, Pippin Close and Plum Tree Close.
