June has been identified as a month for of national prayer for toddler groups, their leaders and all families who come into contact with them. We pray for our Little Angels group at Christchurch, those who work hard to ensure it happens each week and the children and carers who attend. We pray also for Kidz Club, asking that more volunteers will step forward to help work with children who come on Sunday mornings, and we pray too for the Open the Book team as they prepare to visit both Abbeymead and Heron this week.
In the wider world, we also pray for merchant seamen and women who make their living from the sea and oceans and for all who work for Mission Aviation Fellowship, especially as pilots and those who train the pilots.
We continue our cycle of prayer for all who live in Abbeydale and Abbeymead, especially those with homes in Valerian Close, Verbena Close and Vernal Close.
