Christchurch has been sent two packets of poppy seeds through the post (air mail) from a gentleman in Ontario, Canada. The intention seems to be that we should grow these seeds and use the poppies in our Remembrance Service. If you feel that you would like to take on the task of trying to grow the poppies (no guarantees obviously), please ask David to let you have one of the packets.
